How reformer shipping works
Pilates Reformer Buy and Sell sells equipment directly to you. Because reformers are large and heavy, delivery is handled through professional freight couriers — not standard parcel post.
You have two options:
1. Use our freight partners: We can connect you with couriers we work with regularly for studio equipment. You contract directly with the carrier for pickup and delivery to your address.
2. Arrange your own courier: Prefer your own freight forwarder or logistics company? We prepare your reformer for collection and coordinate the pickup schedule with you.

Delivery access
Reformers need doorway clearance and a path to the final room. Studios with loading access are ideal. Home deliveries may need threshold or room-of-choice service — ask your carrier about lift-gate or inside delivery if stairs or tight spaces apply.
Customs & import duties
For international orders, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in your country. We provide export documentation to help your carrier and customs broker process the shipment.
Estimated transit times
Domestic & regional: typically 5–14 business days depending on service level. International: often 2–6 weeks including customs. Exact timing depends on destination and carrier — your quote will include an estimate.
Shipping costs
Freight charges are paid directly to the courier, not included in the reformer price on our site. Rates depend on destination, service level, and access requirements. Partner couriers quote before you ship.
Inspect on delivery
Check the reformer and packaging before signing with the carrier. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph any issues. Contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve transit damage claims.
